Chipotle 
Meco Chillies

Wood smoked large Jalapeños from the Northern regions of Chihuaha and Sinaloa. Extra dried, with an intense smoky flavour, they add depth to sauces.

Guajillo Chillies

Sundried Marisol chillies from the North-Central region of Zacatecas. Large, deep red chillies with subtle heat and a berry flavour, they add a bright red colour to dishes.

Ancho Chillies

Sundried Poblano chillies from the North-Central region of Zacatecas. Mild heat and sweet, jammy flavour, they are the base of many Mexican adobos and dishes.

Arbol Chillies

Sundried Arbol chillies from the North-Central region of Zacatecas. Small bright red chilli with an intense spicyness that adds fiery heat to dishes.

Native to Tabasco, these small, fiery chillies are among the rarest and hottest in the world, earning their name as the Red Gold.
