We're the first start-up in the UK making Sonoran-style wheat flour tortillas with 100% regeneratively farmed flour - which is grown and milled just 72 miles from our Tortilleria in London.

We use just four ingredients: regen wheat flour, water, fat, and sea salt. That's it. No preservatives, stabilisers, or emulsifiers—unlike every other wheat tortilla in the UK.
